Chiyaan Vikram is all set to start his next film with director Suseenthiran. The film is tentatively titled as Vendhan and the team is looking out for an apt title for the film.
The shoot is going to start from June 7 in Chennai. Vendhan features Vikram, Deeksha Seth and Mithra Kurian in the lead roles. Buzz on the film is that Vikram is going to start in dual roles of father and son for the first time in his career. Earlier he has done many get-up for director Shankar’s Anniyan. Vendhan is an out and out action entertainer with heroic action sequences. Vikram got very much impressed with the script narrated by director Suseenthiran and immediately given his nod to star in this film. Vendhan has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
Meanwhile Vikram has been conferred with Honorary Doctorate by a University in Italy for his excellence in acting. It is not just that but Vikram is the only Indian actor to receive the doctorate from a European university for his enormous contribution to Indian cinema. Vikram is going to be back in Chennai only in the first week of June.
