Getting chosen to play the female lead in action flick Dhoom: 3 franchisee is no mean task, and no one knows it better than Katrina Kaif.

No wonder that she is leaving no stone unturned to make sure she looks her fittest for the upcoming installment, opposite Abhishek Bachchan and Aamir Khan.

Esha Deol and Bipasha Basu too had to shed off kilos to fit into their action avatars in the previous two outings.

A source close to the actress says, “Katrina is not only concentrating on her fitness regime but also on her diet. The actress is undergoing training in mixed martial art, parkour and more. The best thing is that Katrina is not a fussy eater.”

A sneak peek into Kat’s strict diet:

For Breakfast

Brown bread with peanut butter
One glass low fat milk
Two boiled eggs white portion only
Pancakes when travelling

Lunch

Low oil with very less fat
Green dressed salad
Brown rice
Grilled fish
Snacks

Fruits and digestive biscuits

Dinner

No set menu, but Katrina avoids overeating and avoids starchy food.
