Shivaraj Kumar’s 99th film Mylari has completed a hundred day run in six centres including Bengaluru and Mysore theatres this week. Mylari was produced by Kanakapura Sreenivas and K.P.Srikanth and directed by R.Chandru.
The film’s success was due to Chandru’s brillaint direction and also Guru Kiran’s music besides Shivaraj Kumar’s energetic performance. Shivaraj Kumar will be working again with the same producers for a new film to be directed by Om Prakash Rao.
The film has been titled Shiva. The film is likely to start after the completion of shooting of Shivaraj Kumar’s 101st film Lakshmi directed by Raghava Loki.
Recently, a photo shoot was held for this film in Bengaluru. Since Om Prakash Rao is the director, the film is sure to have many entertaining elements.
Mylari’s success has given a new confidence to the Century Star whose 100th film Jogayya is also set to release in two or three months. Right now, the songs of Jogayya are being shot in various parts of Karnataka starting from Chitradurga and Hubli. The unit is moving to Karwar for the next schedule.
Incidentally, Shivaraj Kumar will be working in another film to be produced by Soorappa Babu and directed by Ravi Srivatsa which will be launched on Akshaya Thrithiya day.
