Success or failure seems to have not affected the demand of Kannada film industry’s busiest heroine Pooja Gandhi who has been on a signing spree ever since her debut film Mungaru Male became a sensational hit.
For the past three years, Pooja Gandhi has been working continuously in Kannada films and has now become an obvious choice for all the films which is heroine centric. For instance, she has been working in films like Suhasini and Tavarina Runa which have stories focused mainly on her character.
Now, the news is that Pooja Gandhi has signed a new Tulu film titled Beere Devu Punje directed by Dhanaraj. Dhanaraj has been producing Tulu films like Koti Channaiah which has won a National award. Like Koti Channaiah even this new film is a period film in which Pooja Gandhi will appear in traditional costumes playing a queen. Incidentally, Pooja Gandhi is now looking forward for the release of her film Rani Maharani in which she is playing a double role for the first time.
