Jayaram’s wife Parvathy Mohiniyattam perfomance stills

Jayaram’s wife Parvathy gave her Mohiniyattam arangetram on Vijayadhashami at the Chottanikkara temple in Kochi, Kerala.
Jayaram performed chendamelam before Chottanikkara Devi as his offering to the goddess on the same day
Ever since she married Jayaram, Parvathy has stayed away from the silver screen and the limelight.
The former actress even gave up Bharathanatyam, about which she was very passionate, to look after her children.
However, Jayaram and her children – Kalidasan and Malavika – encouraged her to start learning dance once again.
She began training in Mohiniyattam under the guidance of Kalamandalam Kshemavathi.
Parvathy gave a wonderful performance on October 26, beginning with Ganapathi Sthuthi, followed by the Devi Sthuthi and, finally, a piece praising Sri Krishna.
