With an advanced technology blending animation and visual effects, the late actor would be cast by director Vijesh Mani in his forthcoming film Avatharam (Incarnation) with the help of around 20 technicians from the US.
“Even after his death, there is a huge fan base for him and we would like to satisfy their expectations with the help of modern technology. The character of Jayan in the film would be entirely different and would fit into the modern styles and culture,” the director said. The shooting will commence from February 15 and will be complete in three months.
To be shot in Kozhikode and Mysore with a budget of Rs. 2 crores, the film also stars Kalabhavan Mani, Suresh Krishna, Suman, Sudheesh and Bhiman Raghu. It has two heroines including Shwetha Menon. Music and lyrics are by Sanjay Choudhary and Vayalar Sharath Chandran respectively. The film is produced by Sudheer M. Ramachandra Menon and Rajesh Attukal.
