After penning dialogues for husband Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus 
Raavanan, popular actress Suhasini Mani Ratnam is back with her next project Ullam Thalladuthey. Reportedly the film depicts the story of a widow (Suhasini), who braves all odds to bring up her daughter. When she finds that the man her daughter has fallen for is just a few years younger than her, she is emotionally devastated; this forms the basic crux of the story.
Archana (of Vegam fame) will play Suhasini’s daughter while Sivaji Rao plays the male lead. The film is directed by Nagendra Kumar and Sunil Kashyap will compose music. Ullam Thalladuthey is expected to grace theatres in August.
