‘I am planning to be in a Mollwyood flick shortly says Kamal Haasan who was recently seen in a cameo in Saji Surendran’s recent release ‘Four Friends’. The actor was talking to the press at Kochi, at a meet organised to promote his new Tamil film ‘Manmadhan Ambu’.
”I will be doing Malayalam films, if producers arrive with the right scripts’. Hearing this comment from Kamal, Gokulam Gopalan, the producer of movies like ‘Pazhassi Raja’ who was also among the audience approached the actor to say that he was ready to produce such a project.
Gopalan who is also the Kerala distributor of ‘Manmadhan Ambu’ also cleared that budget will not be a problem if Kamal likes to be in his project. Kamal immediately agreed to the offer and the buzz is that the duo has started looking for some good subjects for the film.
Kunchan and Manju Pillai, two actors from Kerala who have acted in ‘Manmadhan Ambu’ were also with Kamal. ‘Manmadhan Ambu’ is all set to grace the theatres on the 23rd of December.
